How it works!
Consign 10 items and receive a $20 store credit voucher
Consign 20 items and receive a $50 store credit voucher
Consign 50 items and receive a $150 store credit voucher
The fine print:
Credit vouchers must be spent by end of day Monday May 31st, 2010 or they will be forfeited. Items must be accepted and meet STA consignment guidelines. 40% of the items’ selling price is earned at the time of the items’ sale and paid on a quarterly basis.

Join us for Sparkle III to benefit Rosie’s Place!
May 24th
The Beacon Hill Hotel & Bistro will host “Sparkle III,” “an afternoon of fashion, food and fun,” Sunday, May 30 from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The event includes a fashion show, hors d’oeuvres and champagne, gift bags and a silent auction. All of the proceeds from the auction and a percent of the proceeds from the event go to Rosie’s Place, a shelter for women.
Beacon Hill boutiques participating in the fashion show include Wish, Crush Boutique, J McLaughlin and Second Time Around. Attendees receive a 15% discount to these stores, as well as other vendors.
The event is open to those 21 or older.

Grand Opening & Style Event RECAP!

Last night Second Time Around had the fabulous 324 Newbury Grand Opening & Style Event, and boy, did we have fun. Complete with balloons, music provided by DJ E-Marce, snacks, wine and lots and lots of SHOPPING!
The turnout was exceptional and all guests were in the presence of talented individuals from Salon Acote, Stilista Boston and of course the beloved STA crew.
It was truly a night to remember so if you were unable to attend, make sure to keep checking in with us to find out when our next event will take place. There are many more fabulous rendezvous planned at STA locations in the near future. Be on the look out!

Earth Day is here! Hooray! We are very excited to give a little something back this Earth Day while encouraging our fashioniSTA shoppers and consignors to be eco-conscious. All of the details are below!
This Thursday, April 22nd (Earth Day!) through Sunday, April 25th, 2010, STA is celebrating Earth Day.
Customers
For every person that uses an eco-tote*, or does not take a bag for their purchase over Earth Day weekend, $1 will be donated to Echoing Green, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping social entrepreneurs and their organizations work to solve deeply-rooted social, environmental, economic, and political inequities around the world.

Since we now have three stores – all with different, fabulous merchandise! – within a few hundred feet of one another on Newbury Street, we know that many of our customers will visit all three locations on a regular basis. As a thank you to our valued and loyal customers and as a welcome to those new customers who are just discovering us, Second Time Around is excited to announce the Newbury Street Passport Coupon!
While visiting the first of the three Newbury Street stores, be sure to pick up your Passport Coupon. At the time of purchase, an employee will stamp the card with that store’s address. Continue on to the other two stores and be sure to get your passport stamped at each location when you make a purchase.
At the third – and final – location, you will receive an additional 20% off your entire purchase – even if you are purchasing items that are already discounted!
The Passport Coupons don’t expire until the end of the year, so take your time shopping and get your stamps whenever you please!
