If you're ready to upgrade your rough-hewn image, there's a fashion show tonight at Bomboa . But because this is Boston, it's a fashion show of second-hand-pardon us, previously worn -garments. You see, in New York the baseball teams play in the World Series and the fashion shows feature fresh couture. Here in Boston, we get sports heartbreak and Second Hand Rose. Pass the Kleenex, s'il vous plâit. As we were saying, Bomboa hosts a fashion show from 7:30 to 9:30; the duds are supplied by Second Time Around. After the show, you can pick through the clothes and buy what you like. And if you're feeling squeamish about buying second-hand, order a couple of mojitos for liquid confidence before the show. We find that they help even the strongest medicine go down in the most delightful way.
