I would like to begin with an apology to all of our valued consignors for the technical difficulties we know you have been experiencing when logging into your online accounts. We have struggled with our systems for the past year, and are currently in the process of launching a completely new Point of Sale system, which will dramatically improve your online experience. This project will be complete by early Spring. Please bear with us in the meantime, and continue to notify us at support@secondtimearound.net with issues you are experiencing. We will respond to your questions and issues as soon as possible.
We have some exciting news with regards to new consignor benefits for the upcoming year. We will be moving to a 60 day payment period to pay you faster for the items you have sold in our stores. Additionally, we will be offering a 50/50 split for luxury label handbags so we can offer you the highest return possible for your merchandise. Finally, we are working to enhance our loyalty program with more perks for each of you such as personalized wish lists, referral program incentives, and birthday coupons.
